Ingredients
Corn on the Cob, mini ears
Butter
BBQ Sauce
Crinkle Chips
Ranch Seasoning
Pepper, to taste
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Bacon, crushed
Ranch Dressing
Mayo
Sour Cream
Cotija Cheese
Cilantro
Chili Powder
Pesto Sauce
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Limes, divide 1 tbsp. of lime juice
Cumin
Hot Cheetos
Directions
BBQ Grilled Corn
- Grill corn for about 10 minutes until charred.
- Brush with First Street BBQ sauce and top with First Street Crinkle Cut potato chips.
Cheddar Bacon Ranch Corn
- Combine butter with ranch seasoning and pepper.
- Brush the butter on the corn.
- Grill for about 10 minutes.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese, crushed bacon and drizzle with ranch dressing.
Elote
- Grill corn for 10 minutes until charred.
- Mix 1/4 cup of mayo and 1/4 cup of sour cream.
- Brush mixture on corn and top with cotija cheese, cilantro, and chili powder.
- Optional: Serve with lime wedges.
Pesto & Parm Corn
- Grill corn for 10 minutes until charred.
- Brush with pesto sauce and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
Flaming Hot Corn
- In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup of butter, zest of 1 lime, 1/2 tsp. of cumin and 1/2 tsp of chili powder.
- Brush on corn and grill for about 10 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine 1/4 cup of mayo, 1/3 cup of sour cream, and 1 tbsp. of lime juice.
- In a large resealable bag, crush cheetos. Crush until fine and transfer to a plate.
- Brush grilled corn with sour cream mixture and roll in the cheetos.
